You have the right to request deletion of your Claritune account and all associated personal data. Complete the form below to submit your request.
What will be deleted
Your account (email, username, profile photo)
Saved favorites (soundscapes, moods)
Listening history and app preferences
Support ticket history
Any active subscription linkage (subscription billing is managed by Google Play)
Note: To cancel an active subscription, please do so through the Google Play Store before submitting this request.
Requests are processed within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.
